The Centura LED recessed ceiling spotlight from Philips consists of a sleek square frame made of plastic that encloses an adjustable light head. Centura is equipped with a replaceable GU10 lamp with Hue White and Color Ambiance technology, which gives the recessed spotlight a superior functionality.

For any ambience from daylight white work light, to relaxing warm white light in the living room, to colourful party lighting, Centura offers every conceivable option. In addition to already installed combinations, the light can - depending on the integration - be freely tailored and selected according to need or definable plan.

Centura can be integrated into any ZigBee-capable smart home system via bridge and router. The convenient trend of voice control can be realized via Google Home, Amazon Alexa or Apple HomeKit, while remote control via Hue app succeeds. Even directly with the smartphone or tablet - without any additional hardware - Centura can be operated locally via the Hue Bluetooth app.

A router, Wi-Fi or data connection is not required. When using more than ten lamps, the use of a bridge is recommended. A lamp can store connections with up to 15 smartphones/tablets; the individual settings are assigned individually.
