Poinsettias - timeless, traditional or completely unusual

The evergreen of the Christmas season

Poinsettias are a guarantee for a cosy atmosphere and belong in our living rooms just as much as in the Christmas story itself. In natural beige tones, they fit particularly well into the Scandi ambience of Advent. But also in bright colours from red to yellow or festively reflecting perforated metal, they make our living spaces a feel-good place.

LED candles for table, chest of drawers & more

Without soot, without risk, but with plenty of cosiness

LED candles exude the ultimate Christmas feel-good atmosphere! Whether a special individual piece, in a practical set or in a festive bundle of four for Advent: the LED candle is the perfect alternative to the classic wax candle with a real flame. And the best thing? Many of them feel just like the "real" ones - thanks to real wax. Even the familiar flickering of the flame is reproduced 1:1 by LED candles.

Checklist: energy-conscious Christmas lighting

A responsible approach to lighting is in keeping with the modern zeitgeist - even at Christmas. If you take a few simple tips to heart, you can easily combine energy savings with cosy Christmas lighting that puts us in a positive mood for the New Year.

traditional light bulb
LED instead of incandescent lamp

We have often used our Christmas decorations for many years - sometimes, for example, fairy lights with light bulbs or poinsettias with halogen lamps. Then it is worth switching to LEDs to save up to 90 % energy. It is quite possible that the entire Christmas lighting system will then consume no more electricity than a single decorative item used to.

Off
Switch off the light

We have already been taking this into account for living room lighting for a long time: if the light is not needed, e.g. in rooms where we are not spending time and in passageways, we switch it off. This also works with Christmas lighting. We limit their lighting duration by switching off the decoration at night, for example.

Automatic
Use automatic switch-off

So that we can doze off on the sofa without having to worry about switching off the lights, many modern Christmas products have a built-in timer that switches them off automatically after 6 hours, for example, and switches them on again automatically after 18 hours. Separate timers or integration of the lighting into the smart home allow even more precise settings.

Timeless
Timeless Christmas decorations

Longevity instead of short-lived: When it comes to Christmas lighting, we also focus on objects that we will look forward to seeing again next year. Modern Christmas decorations are designed to last for many years - e.g. in the timeless Scandi design. This reduces waste production and thus relieves the burden on our environment.

Renewable raw materials
Renewable raw materials

Lights made from renewable raw materials are not a trend, but are part of modern environmental awareness. Graceful decorative creations made of paper, wood, rattan or jute are also created in the Christmas lights, which exude a sustainable Christmas magic.

Smart
Networking and remote control

You have been invited to dinner and have forgotten to switch off the lights at home: That's when Christmas decorations come into play that are networked with the Smart Home and can be adjusted from any location, e.g. a poinsettia with a smart plug. This is an adapter between the plug and socket that makes the star part of the smart home.
