The special something of the LED pendant lamp Melt Trio Round is already indicated by its name: Melt means "to melt" in German, and the two smaller shades as well as the larger shade also look like molten glass. However, the shades are made of plastic (polycarbonate). The melting effect is caused by a highly engineered manufacturing process.
Visually, the effect is completely different depending on whether the lighting is on or off. When the lights are on, they look like melted glass, when the lights are off, they look like mirrored.
