Ceiling lamp La Belle Étoile - Design by Adriano Rachele
La Belle Étoile, "the beautiful star" - this is how designer Adriano Rachele named his lamp. The white-transparent shade of the luminaire exudes grace and lightness. With its curved and bent plastic elements made of transparent technopolymer with printed white stripes and edge, it is reminiscent of the graceful movements of dancers. These were also the inspiration for Rachele when he designed La Belle Étoile. One LED shines downwards, the second upwards and into the lamp.
The shade and ceiling fixture are connected with a patented magnetic mount: The shade can be removed in seconds so that it can be cleaned without the electrics.
The design of the lampshade was made possible by the material Cristalflex®, which was specially developed and patented by Slamp. The plastic is characterized by its flexibility and the positive influence on the light effect. The flexibility in the processing of the material allows the luminaire designers a lot of freedom in the creative process.
La Belle Étoile is a lamp series of the Italian designer lamp manufacturer Slamp, which is known for its special materials and manual production.
