The Cordoba LED hanging light – an angled geometric concept from a well-known designer
The Cordoba pendant light is a design by the world-renowned architect Daniel Libeskind, who is responsible for numerous well-known buildings. A recurring motif is the use of straight edges, irregular angles and asymmetrical shapes – including Cordoba.
The LED hanging light appears to consist of a variety of fragments of different bodies, which have been stripped of individual surfaces. The result is an avant-garde appearance that breaks with traditional aesthetic standards. A mystical atmosphere of shapes and light is created in combination with the particularly bright LEDs inside – as in the Spanish city of Córdoba which gives it its name.
Cristalflex®, a plastic material developed by Slamp, is used to give it its white colour. The hanging light, which is handmade in Italy, impresses with its impeccable finish and creative design. Cordoba is an exceptional eye-catcher for an upmarket and high-class interior.
