Silindar is also seawater resistant, meaning that the effects of salty air have no detrimental effect on the durability of the material.
Silindar emits the light through the cylindrical glass all around and thus provides fabulous ambient lighting. The brass of the frame has been hand-finished with an antique finish, which means that the individual lamps may have slight colour variations.
