LED designer pendant luminaire Febo in white - dimmable with phase dimmer
Febo consists of two semi-circular bowls, the outer bowl being smooth and plain and the inner side having a triangular, distinctive pattern, which is the distinctive feature of the Febo pendant. The angular elevations are reminiscent of a lowered dome of a mosque and bring together mathematics and art. The bright, warm white LEDs are hidden in the round frame. When switched on, the geometric shapes are illuminated and create a fascinating play of light on the multi-faceted surface.
Febo was designed by Paolo Rizzatto, who was inspired by the hexagonal patterns of the Dutch artist Escher. Rizzatto, known for his penchant for rounded shapes in his creations, discovered his passion for lamp design in the late 1970s and is also one of the renowned designers of the Italian manufacturer Rotaliana. His art can even be admired internationally, in museums in London or Paris, among others. He has also been nominated several times for the Italian industrial design prize "Compasso d'oro".
