The Danish lighting manufacturer Nuura Aps was founded in 2017 by Sofie Refer, Nadia Lassen and Peter Østerberg to produce lights that reflect the richness and joy of Scandinavian nature in their design. The objective of the Liila collection was to produce wall and ceiling lighting that makes glass the centre of the design. The series was designed by the award-winning lighting designer Sofie Refer.
