The appearance of the hanging light DNA Triple reminds even those who aren’t specialists in chemistry and biology of the structural models of molecules that they learned about at school. According to the name of the light, this is a DNA molecule. In the third largest light in the series – therefore called “Triple – the designers Hopf & Wortmann used a total of seven “atoms”, i.e. sockets and thus light bulbs, which are connected to one another by a plastic structure in the style of a molecule model.

As the hanging light DNA manages without any lampshades, you have an unobstructed view of the light bulbs. Therefore, these should be selected with care. The globe light bulbs, which look slightly larger and rounder than conventional light bulbs, are available with matt and clear glass bulbs and, for example, with a golden glass bulb – or even as a rustic light bulb, which can provide a certain nostalgic charm.

DNA Triple is a quality product made in Germany and comes from the Cologne-based lighting factory next. Founded in 2000 by Thomas Schulte, the Production and Sales departments have been in the metropolis on the Rhine since 2005.
