LED table lamp Eva - indirectly illuminating and equipped with dimmer
The LED table lamp Eva emits a warm glow - a magical phenomenon between visible and invisible. The entire mechanism of the table lamp is located in a thick glass cylinder made of high-quality borosilicate glass with a thickness of 7 mm, which was manufactured in Germany for special applications. The warm white LED sits at the bottom of the glass cylinder, radiates powerfully upwards and is reflected by the cone-shaped diffuser at the top of the glass cylinder, creating a very special, indirect illumination which, in addition to being glare-free, is characterised by particularly good colour rendering (Ra 97). Off as well as on, the LED table lamp Eva represents a noble design object, wherever it is placed. The flat base of the lamp made of aluminium is equipped with a movable, grooved ring. This acts as a dimmer and allows the light to be dimmed from 100% to 10%.
The design of the LED table lamp Eva, manufactured in Italy by the lighting manufacturer Lumina, comes from Foster + Partners, one of the most famous architecture firms in the world. Foster + Partners' most famous commissions include the redesigns of the Reichstag in Berlin and Wembley Stadium in London.
The manufacturing company Lumina Italia was founded in 1980 by Tommaso Cimini. Lumina produces luminaires of the highest quality and places particular emphasis on durability and sustainability, including in production. The energy for the company's facilities is mainly generated by solar panels, the materials required for production (mainly aluminium, steel and glass) are largely sourced locally, plastic is only used when absolutely necessary and all packaging materials are recyclable.
