Spherical table lamp VL Studio made of aluminum and opal glass with dimming function
The table lamp VL Studio is spherically designed and consists of deep-drawn aluminum and three-layer opal glass. Due to the timeless color design in black and white, the lamp can be easily integrated into different living areas and furnishings. For example, it can be used in the living room or bedroom and can also be placed on the floor. Due to the opal glass, the light is emitted glare-free to the surroundings. With the use of a dimmable bulb, it is possible to vary the brightness with the integrated dimmer switch.
The design of the table lamp comes from Vilhelm Lauritzen and was originally designed in 1974 for the radio building in Copenhagen. Already at that time, the light collection VL Studio convinced with its restrained design and high-quality materials. To this day, the lights enjoy great popularity. The Danish lighting manufacturer Louis Poulsen is responsible for the production.
