Spherical pendant lamp Patera with diamond patternThe pendant lamp Patera emits a glare-free light that is reflected by the small diamond-shaped cells that make up the lamp. The structure ensures that the light is radiated glare-free to the surroundings from a viewing angle of 45°. At the same time, the luminaire emits downward light as well as a light beam upwards that illuminates the ceiling and thus bathes the surroundings in a pleasant atmosphere. Each individual cell gives shape to the light. Smooth transitions between direct and reflected light are created, which particularly emphasises the remarkable radiance of the spherical luminaire.The hanging lamp was introduced by Øivind Slaatto in 2015. As a modern interpretation of the classic chandelier, it enriches modern rooms with a shimmering focal point and soft, dynamic lighting.
