Design table lamp Panthella 320 by Verner Panton

The hemispherical shade of the table lamp Panthella 320 consists entirely of plastic and was manufactured in an injection moulding process. Since the opal shade is slightly translucent, the radiating light of the shade is not only reflected directly downwards, but it also penetrates gently through the material into the surroundings. A very atmospheric lighting mood is created.

The design of the Panthella table lamp comes from Verner Panton (1926-1998), a Danish designer and architect who, unlike many of his contemporaries, was not afraid to experiment boldly with materials and colours in his designs. His ambition was to challenge people to use their imagination through his work.
