Looking at the Kushi pendant light, associations with skewered marshmallows or a candied apple are immediately evoked. The globe of the luminaire, made of double-layered, handblown opal glass, is pierced by a thin metal rod that decoratively protrudes at both ends. The glass sphere encloses two E27 sockets, whose light is gently directed into the room, providing atmospheric ambient lighting. The hanging light looks very graceful and modern, both individually and in an arrangement with several Kushi lights. It is suitable for lighting in combination with numerous interior styles and can be adjusted in brightness with an external trailing edge dimmer.
The design is by the Italian designer duo Alberto Saggia and Valerio Sommella - made in Italy.
