Outdoor hanging light Black Out made of fibreglass fabric Independent products with a creative concept, a targeted lighting effect and a high-quality finish - this combination is what makes the lights from Italian manufacturer Karman so inspiring. The Black Out series designed by Matteo Ugolini also follows this pattern. The Black Out LED pendant light is particularly effective in an otherwise dark environment, as is the case with the eponymous blackout. Its lampshade consists of a mesh of fibreglass filaments, which are spun around a twisting Form during production until only small gaps remain. Above a patio table, for example, the lampshade, which is open at the bottom, provides direct lighting. The height of the pendant can be adjusted to suit the circumstances by winding the 5 metre cable over the ceiling beam, for example.
