Crystal-shaped glass hanging light 24 Karati - Italian craftsmanship
With his creation 24 Karati, the designer Matteo Ugolini created a light which plays with the shape and appearance of a crystal decorative element. The handblown glass lampshade is shaped like an oversized octagonal crystal and is thus reminiscent of the familiar crystals which serve as sparkling hanging elements for crystal lights. In order to emphasis the exclusivity of his lighting creations, Ugolini used the unit of measurement for determining the purity of gold: Karat for the name of this light.
The crystal-shaped glass lampshade of the hanging light is lit up from the inside and, as the main focus of the room, is more than just a light fitting. 24 Karati is an interior design element which aesthetically enhances the living space.
24 Karati is a product made by the company Karman. The designer pieces of the Italian light manufacturer are produced exclusively in Italy. With their creations, the designers appeal not only to the eye of the beholder, but also to his emotions.
