Pendant lamp Augustin A240 in vintage style with matt surface
Lovers of the vintage style will definitely get their money's worth with the Augustin pendant lamp. With its straightforward and coarse design, the lamp is reminiscent of factory halls and workshops of the past century. The shade of the lamp is made of aluminium and has a bell shape, making Augustin particularly suitable for illuminating a dining table or bar. The white paint inside the shade serves as a reflector for a bright light development. The design is rounded off by a canopy that matches the colour of the shade and a textile cable.
The design of the luminaire was penned by the Frenchman Jean-Louis Domecq, who originally designed his lamp creations for industrial purposes. This gave rise to the family company Jieldé, which still manufactures the lamps by hand today with their unmistakable industrial style. A plaque with the individual number identifies each Jieldé lamp as an original and unique piece, including the pendant lamp Augustin.
