Foscarini White Light - LED table lamp made of glass "The Light Bulb Series" is a designer collection by Foscarini that plays with the traditional light bulb as an archetype and divides it into five exciting interpretations. The White Light is the basic symbol of the light with a classic shape. The lampshade of the light is made of mouth-blown glass. From the inside, the White Light table lamp emits a warm white light that gently illuminates the surroundings. James Wines, winner of the National Design Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2013, is responsible for the design. He is also the director and founder of SITE, the architecture, environmental art and design group founded in New York in 1970. Foscarini and James Wines can look back on a long history together, as the first object was created in collaboration with the SITE group in 1991 with Table Light/Wall Light. The entire collection of the Light Bulb Series consists of five individual interpretations, specially designed for collectors and sold in a limited and numbered edition, with the two variants White Light and Black Light available as individual pieces. These two lights from the entire Light Bulb Series are not limited and are therefore an affordable option for anyone who is enthusiastic about James Wine's successful interpretation.
