Foscarini Tress grande - LED pendant light, dimmable The hallmark of the Tress family of lights created by French industrial designer Marc Sadler is the unusual appearance of its lampshade. The shade design, which catches the eye through the interplay of openings of different sizes and closed surfaces, is the result of a special production process, some of which is carried out by hand. Thin ribbons of glass fibre composite material are wound by hand in random combinations onto a rotating cylinder and literally braided into a plait. Thanks to the slightly different composition of the ribbons from luminaire to luminaire, each individual luminaire in the Tress family has its own unique character. The Tress grande LED pendant light skilfully plays with light and shadow. It directs atmospheric effect light outwards through the openings in the lampshade, while at the same time providing the necessary ambient lighting for the surface below the light. Tress grande utilises modern, efficient LED lighting technology. It impresses with both Warm and bright illumination. The luminous intensity can be regulated as required using an external dimmer (On-Off/Push/DALI) to always provide the right brightness for different situations.
