Buds 2 pendant light with hand-blown glass shade The elegant glass shade is what makes the Buds 2 pendant light so special. It is handmade from five different layers of mouth-blown glass. Only the bottom, inner layer is in a yellow colour, while the other layers are in the respective main colour. The individual layers are still clearly visible on the underside of the lampshade, at the edges of the opening, so to speak. When the light is switched on, the lampshade reveals its full splendour. While the pendant light appears rather cool and sober when switched off, it radiates a pleasant and warm atmosphere with the light. With its bulbous lampshade, the Buds 2 pendant light is ideal for modern table lighting. The downward-directed light can also be conveniently dimmed so that the brightness can be adjusted at any time. The Italian product designer and architect Rodolfo Dordoni, who designed the Buds series for Foscarini back in the 1990s, is responsible for the outstanding design. The new version has been adapted and reinterpreted in line with current trends without losing its timeless elegance and beauty.
