Compact wall lamp Stick with wooden look At the core of the wall lamp Stick are several, altogether more than a dozen wooden struts. Two of them are connected to each other at both ends, whereby they build up again in their centre on a smaller opening. In the middle, metal elements connect these individual pairs of wood, with the light source also placed at the same height. Due to the special surface structure of the wood, West African Ayous wood, the light is gently directed. The light passes evenly and slightly discoloured through the wood into the room. A pleasantly soft, less obtrusive light tone is created in every part of the room. Due to the height of 65 cm and the projection of 28 cm, the wall lamp can be ideally integrated as an addition in waiting rooms or in corridors. It was designed by Matali Crasset in the course of the new collection of the Italians of Fabbian Illuminazione, who manufactures in Treviso near Venice. The designer pieces are exported to many parts of the world, including New Zealand, Australia and Turkey.
