For a perfect indoor climate - Eve Room with Thread technology The app-controllable Eve Room monitor can be used to reliably measure and control air quality, room temperature and humidity in any living space. The small wireless sensor can be placed anywhere and displays the values clearly thanks to the high-contrast E-Ink display. You can easily switch back and forth between the individual values on the display's touchscreen at the touch of a finger. All values are transmitted to the iPhone and the corresponding app via Bluetooth. This means that the data can be tracked at any time, called up in statistics and even used for home automation when integrated into the Apple HomeKit smart home system. It is then conceivable to have controls that automatically switch on a humidifier, which is also networked, when the humidity in the room drops until the desired value is reached again. Siri can also be used to request information on the individual values by voice command. Eve Room also supports Thread technology. Although this does not replace Bluetooth, it ensures better and faster networking of the devices, even if one device should fail, as no central point such as a bridge is required for the mesh network that has been set up. It is only necessary to integrate the HomePod mini or the new Apple TV 4K as a border router so that the Thread-enabled Eve devices can also communicate via Thread. Thread has been specifically designed so that both permanently powered and battery-powered devices react extremely quickly and at the same time have low energy consumption.
