Function before aesthetics - LED wall lamp Beddy A/04 incl. USB port and two shelves

The LED wall lamp Beddy A/04 has been developed by designer Danos Salgados for a specific purpose, namely as a reading lamp to illuminate a certain area. The warm white light of the LEDs is emitted through a white diffuser and creates a cozy illumination of a limited area without disturbing other people. The light can be individually directed thanks to a small lever on the head of the lamp, as it can be rotated 350 degrees. Beddy is all about purpose. It allows you to charge electronic devices thanks to a built-in USB port while providing space on two shelves that can accommodate reading materials or small electronic devices. The LED light source is switched on and off via the installed toggle switch.

For designer Danos Salgados, aesthetics is never the end goal and yet with Beddy A/04 he achieves a certain emotionality that delights the user. It is designed according to the Japanese principle of simplicity and is ideal as a bedside lamp in minimalist furnished private rooms or hotel rooms. The Beddy lamp series was designed for the Spanish lighting manufacturer Bover.
