The cylindrical shades, closed at the top, can be adjusted in brightness using the "vertical dim" technology. Tilting the shade activates the dimming process. As the brightness decreases, the dim-to-warm technology makes the light warmer and warmer - it changes from a warm white 2,700 K to a very warm 2,200 K. The dimming function is activated by tilting the shade. With this dimming function, no wall dimmer must be connected upstream.
