Artemide El Porís pendant light, Ø 120cm 12-bulb

Mod chandelier El Porís Consisting of a stable, rigid structure, El Porís impresses with its elegant, stylish appearance. The black metal struts form the Basis like a cone, on which a total of three rings of different sizes are integrated, containing the twelve sockets. The sockets are attached to the Innes side and therefore face inwards and towards each other. The geometric structure with its unusually large dimensions combines contemporary design with traditional light sources, allowing freedom in the choice of bulb. The orientation creates an atmospheric, all-encompassing light image, with the brightness being carried into the room. The light was created in 2007 by the designers Herzog & de Meuron as a sketch for a house project in Tenerife. The workers on site produced it in different versions, and what was originally intended as a temporary intervention became an essential element in the room. Until 2020, the El Porís pendant light was a unique piece that casts a pleasant but rather intense light with an appealing shadow on the wall like a drawing.
