How can I return an item to you?

 

You can return items free of charge within 50 days of receipt of your order. To register a return, please log into our returns portal with your invoice number and email address. 

After completing the steps in the portal, we'll send you further instructions via email, including a return form and return label to print. Please put the form into the parcel and attach the label to the box. Please make sure to return the goods in full and, where possible, in the original packaging. Should you not have the original packaging to hand, please use a suitable alternative and make sure that the items are well padded.

Do I have to pay the costs of the return myself?
 

You can return items free of charge within 50 days of receipt of your order. You can do so without giving any reasons.

You have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days. However, we offer an extended returns policy of 50 days by choice so that we can provide a better service to our customers. More information is available here.

Please use our returns portal and we will provide you with a return label to print and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

When will I receive the refund for my returned items?
 
Once we have received your items it takes up to 14 working days for the money to be visible in the account that you've used for the purchase.

How long is the warranty for the products?
 
All of our products have a warranty of 24 months (please note, this applies to private customers only). The warranty period begins upon receipt of the goods.
