There are now numerous smart home providers on the market. However, not all smart home systems are self-contained. Using common wireless standards such as ZigBee, products from one provider can be integrated into the system of another, for example Philips Hue lights into the home automation system from Rademacher. This multiplies the range of available lights and smart home functions.
Before selecting the right system, it is also advisable to check whether the system can be controlled as desired: Does the product require a WLAN network? Can it also be controlled via Bluetooth without WLAN? Does it work with remote control? Can it be operated via voice assistant?
