An elegant eye-catcher at eye level

Gold - an eye-catcher! It is particularly eye-catching against subtle colours such as white or light grey. Perfect for a wall light in gold / brass! The fact that it is also at eye level means that you simply cannot look past these stylish room elements.

What do modern wall lights in gold / brass look like?

Noble combination: Today's wall lamp in gold / brass presents itself in elegant black or white as well as in new, geometric compositions. The trend is for round shapes with striking details. But square and rectangular shapes also lend the lights a modern character.

Which wall lamp looks particularly antique?

They stylishly illuminate the corridors of posh hotels - so why not use them in your own four walls? Gold & brass wall lights with an antique look have a shiny frame with decorations and a textile lampshade. There are also ornate glass models and classic candlestick shapes.

Are there also gold-coloured wall lights from well-known designers?

Naturally, the combination of gold / brass and wall lamp also stimulates the creativity of designers.

Ernesto Gismondi, for example, designed the world-famous Miconos for Artemide. The Buchi luminaire from the Knikerboker\ range was designed by Gigi Ranica. And Michael Anastassiades also designed the wall light version of the legendary, minimalist IC luminaire series from FLOS.

How high should a wall light hang?

Most wall lamps have a shade that is closed at the front and illuminate indirectly to the sides. This prevents glare - the stylish luminaire is shown to its best advantage. A mounting height of 5 cm above eye level is recommended, i.e. generally between 1.70 m and 1.80 m.
