Where can I use plug-in pendant lights?
A plug-in pendant light only needs a socket to work. No wiring is required, which means it doesn’t matter if there’s no power outlet in the ceiling. Pendant lights with plugs are just as easy to install and use as a floor or table lamp. And what's more, they also add brightness and a decorative highlights to whichever room they're placed in.
Are there basic lamp cables available?
Almost every lamp available comes with a plug-in cable. And although its simple white colour fits into the design of every room, it can be adapted to the individual furnishing style, including black and gold.
A simple black cable, a gold-coloured socket and a simple, beautiful bulb show the truth behind the motto "less is more".
Plug-in cables are particularly convenient if they have a switch on the cord and should ideally be placed at hand height.
How are plug-in pendant lights fixed into place?
The cable of the plug-in pendant light can be draped around any stable fixture. As a rule, the cable should be fastened with an enclosed or separately purchased cable holder or hung on a hook drilled into the wall. The cable can also be fixed into place using self-adhesive cable clips or nail clamps, depending on the surface and weight of the cable.

Which bulb should you use with a plug-in pendant light?
If LEDs haven’t been pre-installed and the pendant lamp has a socket, E27 or E14 bulbs are often the bulb of choice. Due to their longevity and energy efficiency, we recommend using an LED filament bulb.
The same light bulbs are used in plug-in pendant lights as in wired lights.
The choice of light bulb is particularly important for all plug-in pendant lights.
