How high should pendant lights be hung in the living room?

If your new black pendant light isn’t intended to hang over the dining table but is to illuminate the entire room, a minimum distance of 2 m from the floor is recommended.

The higher the light, the greater the light distribution and the more comprehensive the room lighting. Height-adjustable pendant lights are recommended here.

How high above the dining table should pendant lights hang?

In the dining room, your new black pendant lamp should hang so there is an 80 cm space or more between the tabletop and the lower edge of the lampshade.

This way, you can look the other person in the eye and you won't run the risk of hitting your head when standing up or sitting down.
