Are decoration and effects totally your thing? Then you definitely need LED strips, also known as LED strips or LED strips, in your home. And if you take a liking to it, you can also use it outdoors. What exactly are LED strips? Well, basically plastic strips with small diodes that light up in a variety of colours and can change colour. The special feature: The strips are very flexible and adapt easily to different objects - whether round or square.
The colourful decorative lighting can be found everywhere in the house and garden. And to create a beautiful look and atmosphere. But here and there it also fulfils a functional purpose. For example, when used in the kitchen as an alternative to under-cabinet lights.
An overview of the locations:

It's really quite simple: LED strips usually have adhesive tape on the back. This means that they can be easily stuck to all types of smooth and, of course, clean and dry surfaces. Smooth glass surfaces are particularly suitable, as are tiles and metal. The LED strip is then put into operation via a plug-in power supply unit. Simply plug them into the nearest socket and marvel at what these little lights can do.
The LED strips usually have a length of 1-5 metres. The exact length in centimetres can be found in the product details in our shop. Five metres not enough for you? Then it's best to choose a model that is expandable. Our specialist advisors will be happy to advise you using the contact details below.
For the hobbyists among you: Yes, you can. However, there is one big but to consider: You may only use the scissors on strips for which this is explicitly intended. This must be indicated on the packaging. This is also noted in the article texts in our shop. And if you have any questions about the best way to tackle your LED strip with scissors, our specialist advice team will be happy to help. You will find the contact details below.
Tip: If LED strips can be cut to length, there are usually small scissor symbols on the strip to indicate the cutting edge. You should definitely stick to this.
Do you have a very clear idea of what you want to use your LED strips for - and do you already have a manufacturer brand in mind? To check which manufacturers offer the versatile LED strips, simply select the "Manufacturer " filter in the shop and have a look. Take a look at the LightStrips from Philips Hue, for example.
