The aim of founder and designer Rolf Ziel is "more than just light". He is much more interested in "design for living and for life". Rainer Stratmeier founded the company Top Light in 1999. Since then, his passion has been the design of home, bathroom and outdoor lighting. Before setting up his own company, Rainer Stratmeier worked in a specialist lighting shop in Bielefeld. This is where the desire to design and market his own lights matured. As goal setting and motivation theories have always been an important topic for Rainer Stratmeier, he henceforth gave himself the designer name Rolf Ziel.
Today, Top Light is not only the market leader in bathroom lighting. The company also produces high-quality designer lights for the home and outdoors. Ongoing innovative product development by designer Rolf Ziel has resulted in continuous growth since the company was founded. The lights are now sold throughout Europe.
Top Light offers low-voltage halogen, high-voltage halogen, T5 neon and LED modules as integral components of its luminaires. When working with customers, the company attaches great importance to project-orientated adaptation to the respective requirements - planners, building owners and architects in particular appreciate this. This joint project management results in synergy effects that Top Light utilises for the further demand-oriented development of its luminaire series.

In addition to stylish and timeless design solutions for the bathroom, Top Light also has a wide range of luminaires in its portfolio for other interior spaces. The company also offers creative solutions for customised lighting concepts for outdoor areas. The PUK luminaire range includes a variety of different designs for indoor and outdoor use. PUK stands for individuality and modernity and can be used optimally in both the private and commercial sectors. The fact that lenses, glasses and colour filters can be used as required means that the right lighting mood can be created for every situation. Depending on personal preference, colour filters are available in red, magenta, yellow, blue or green, for example. The surfaces of the lights are also variable - from chrome to matt nickel to anthracite. The luminaire is available with LED lamps or alternatively with halogen lamps, naturally also in dimmable versions. The head, which can be rotated using an adjusting pin, provides special functionality.
